She will take the time to understand the dynamics of your non profit and the barriers you are encountering to getting the money you need to achieve your non profit’s important mission.
My Story
Dean grew up on the South Plains, graduated from Texas Tech, moved to Houston where she had a successful career in banking and Internet development. Moving back to Lubbock to be with family propelled her into a new career in Fundraising at Texas Tech, LHUCA and now for Non-Profit Organizations of the South Plains.

Results
During my time at Texas Tech from 2005 to 2012, I successfully raised over $8.4 million for the College of Human Sciences. Since then, I’ve continued to raise funds, directly securing over $575,000 for various clients. Additionally, I’ve provided guidance to gala organizers, resulting in over $2.5 million raised at their events. Furthermore, I’ve consulted with clients on their multi-million-dollar Capital Campaigns.
